Managing Your iOS Subscription

Centred Premium on iOS is an auto-renewable subscription managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel or change it:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Find Centred in the list and tap it.
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription (or change your plan).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Premium access until then. Apple does not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.

Having trouble finding it? You can also go to App Store → your profile photo → Subscriptions.


Managing Your Web Subscription (PayFast)

Web subscriptions purchased via PayFast are one-time payments — they do not auto-renew. Your Premium access expires automatically after 30 days or 1 year (depending on what you purchased). No action is needed to cancel; simply do not re-purchase when it expires.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, email potfiction@gmail.com with your PayFast transaction reference.


Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  1. Tap your avatar / initial in the top-right corner of the app.
  2. Tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

This permanently removes your account and all your data from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Important: Deleting your account does not cancel an active iOS subscription. Cancel your subscription in Apple's Settings first, then delete your account — otherwise Apple will continue to charge you.

If you cannot access the in-app flow, email potfiction@gmail.com and we will delete your account within 30 days.
